AWS Spay & Neuter Program The AWS Spay & Neuter program offers assistance to pet owners with covering the cost (up to $80.00) of spaying and neutering local animals. In order to obtain assistance, you must qualify with the program guidelines. You can pick up an application at local veterinary offices.
